Nordic BioEnergy is a newly established company which is fully owned by Gunner Ruben. Nordic BioEnergy thus belongs to the same company group as Aktieselskabet Sydfyenske Holding.

Aktieselskabet Sydfyenske Holding’s annual result for 2006 showed a profit after tax of more than DKK 145 million and the total equity was approx. DKK 677 million.
